Order and Delivery
Currently, Valentine's Day Gift has multiple repositories. In order to be able to offer our (personalised) articles for a good price, we ship from these warehouses.

For this reason, no unnecessary transport, storage and packaging costs will have to be incurred, which ensures that we do not have to burden the environment unnecessarily.

Since we ship from our warehouses and we still need to personalize some products, the delivery time will be slightly longer. The delivery time is on average 2-9 working days, this has to do with the personalization of the products. It also depends on what needs to be personalized by our production. If you want to receive a personalized gift before February 14 (Valentine's Day), we recommend ordering before February 7 so that production, personalization and shipping can still take place.

Dispatch
We do not charge shipping costs for our customers!

Track & Trace
We use a Track & Trace page where you can follow the orders placed. In this way you can keep an eye on the order placed and you will receive an indication of the expected delivery date.
