We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our contact page within 14 days of delivery of your item. We are happy to assist you in returning your order to us for a refund.

The warranty only applies under the following conditions:

• The products must not be damaged. The original packaging must be available;
• The products must be able to be resold by us;
• After receipt of the returned goods by us, the order will be cancelled. Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's account from the original payment within 14 days of the cancellation.
• Order cancellations must be made to us in writing by contacting us via our contact page.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:
